1, Product performance

(1)insulation:DC500V,temperature25±5℃, power supply resistance ≥10⁴MΩ;

(2) Withstand voltage:The voltage between the conductive core column and the metal cover plate is 1000V/50HZ, the leakage current does not exceed 0.5mA within 1 second, and no spark is generated;

(3) Airtight: The cover group is in the airtight detector, the positive pressure is 2MPa without leakage, the negative pressure is 1×10^-11Pa.m³/s (negative pressure method) does not leak;

(4) Temperature: -40℃~5 times of cold and hot cycles at 130°C, no cracks and no leakage on the glass;

(5) Mechanical torque: 1.5NM of torque is applied to the core column, the conductive core column is not loose, and the glass surface has no cracks.
