Product performance

(1) Insulation strength ≥10⁴Ω, 1000Vdc;

(2) Airtight pressure: 3.5MPa 30min without leakage;

(3) Withstand voltage test: 2200Vac Sec 0.5mA;

(4) Cold and hot cycle test: -40℃～110℃, five cycles, air tightness 3.5MPa without leakage;

(5) Mechanical shock resistance: 0.2kg, 550mm drop three times, air tightness 3.5MPa, no leakage;

(6) Thermal shock: 280℃, 35kg/cm²；

(7) Water pressure tightness: 500kg, 1min without water penetration;

(8) 3～5um nickel plating on the surface;

(9) Salt spray test: 48 hours, there should be no rust spots left on the nickel-plated surface.

The specifications, dimensions and performance of hermetic connectors are implemented according to customer requirements, and the current range (1ampere~600ampere)
