As an important part of the power lithium battery, the battery connector is a channel through which the battery converts chemical energy into electrical energy to connect with the outside world.

The sealing of the battery connector in the industry is mostly concentrated in the gap between the battery connector and the battery cover, and the structural performance of the battery connector itself is often ignored, which causes the electrolyte to be caused by the internal pressure of the battery. The connector will corrode outward, and even leak the electrolyte, which will damage the battery connection or affect the battery life. Due to the structural defects of the existing battery connector itself, it also has problems such as weak structural strength, weak pressure resistance, poor heat dissipation, and poor insulation.

The battery connector developed by KWT, the positive pole is made of aluminum 1060 as the pole, which is packaged into a whole through the combination of glass, ceramic and aluminum 3003 through the co-sealing sintering process; the negative pole is made of the negative pole and the base oxygen-free copper T2. The welding method is composed, and the outer cover aluminum 3003 is packaged into a combined whole through the glass and ceramic co-sealing sintering process engineering. The positive pole head, the negative pole head and the battery panel are combined to form the positive pole and the negative pole on the power lithium battery sealing panel, which are used as the channel interface ends for transmitting electric energy. The battery connector integrated board developed by KWT uses the power lithium battery pack sealing panel aluminum 3003 as a jacket for one or several pairs of pole heads of the power lithium battery pack. The positive pole and negative pole components are packaged with glass and ceramic co-sealing sintering process engineering into a combined whole, and the positive pole and negative pole of the power lithium battery seal panel are combined into the power transmission channel interface end.

1. Product performance

(1) Insulation: DC500V, temperature 25±5℃, power supply resistance ≥104MΩ;

(2) Withstand voltage: 50HZ 1000V/AC voltage between the core column and the jacket panel, the leakage current does not exceed 0.5mA within 1 second, and no spark is generated;

(3) Airtight: The cover group is in the airtight detector, and the positive pressure is 1.5MPa without leakage, and the negative pressure is 10-11Pa m³/S, without leakage;

(4) Temperature: -40℃~180℃ cooling and heating cycle 5 times, the glass has no cracks, and the product has no leakage;

(5) Mechanical strength: Apply a torque of 20Nm, the ceramic glass will not crack, the core pole will not be loose, and the air tightness is OK.

2. The specifications, dimensions and performance of the automotive battery connector series are implemented according to customer requirements
