KWTER/CR series cover sets often include commonly used electrical conductor core materials 4J28, 4J50, SUS430, and successfully developed a fully sealed glass-encapsulated lithium manganese battery cover set with electrical conductor core materials of molybdenum, tantalum, and aluminum. Due to the problem of internal short circuit caused by the precipitation of nickel-containing materials in the existing stainless steel materials 4J28 and 4J50 electrical conductor core posts, the service life of the battery generally does not exceed 5 years. 1. Product performance

(1) Insulation: DC500V, temperature 25±5℃, power supply resistance ≥10⁴MΩ;

(2) Withstand voltage: the voltage between the conductive core column and the metal cover is 1000V/50HZ, the leakage current does not exceed 0.5mA within 1 second, and no spark is generated;

(3) Airtight: The cover group is in the airtight detector, and the positive pressure is 2MPa without leakage, and the negative pressure is 1×10-11Pa.m3/s (negative pressure method) without leakage;

(4) Temperature: -40℃～130℃ cooling and heating cycle 5 times, the glass has no cracks and no leakage;

(5) Mechanical torque: 1.5NM of torque is applied to the core column, the conductive core column is not loose, and the glass surface has no cracks.
