The connector pole of the lithium battery integrated board has the characteristics of large overload current, and the product has good insulation performance, high pressure resistance, fast heat dissipation, large airtight pressure bearing, and strong mechanical bonding strength, which meets the requirements of lithium battery power output connectors. Lithium battery integrated board connector jacket base adopts alloy aluminum 6061, electric conductor pole adopts oxygen-free copper T2, insulating material adopts glass and ceramics, through co-sealing sintering process engineering, the glass ring sleeve layer and electric conductor pole are pressed by ceramic The ring and the jacket base are combined into an integral structure. It satisfies the structural strength, compressive strength, insulation, air tightness, high pressure resistance, and fast heat dissipation characteristics of the lithium battery integrated board connector.

1. Product performance

(1) Insulation: 1000V DC, temperature 25±5℃, insulation resistance ≥10⁴MΩ;

(2) Withstand voltage: 50HZ 3500V/AC voltage between the electric conductor pole and the jacket base, the leakage current does not exceed 0.5mA within 1 second, and no spark is generated;

(3) Airtight: Put the lithium battery pack connector in the airtight detector, with a positive pressure of 3MPa, no leakage;
